Welcome to HELLA.

HELLA helps businesses get seen through things like local mailers, online directories, websites, social media, digital marketing, print publications, advertising, and other promotional projects.

We believe legal stuff should be easy to understand. So here are the simple rules.

1. When You Work With HELLA

By submitting information, signing up, purchasing advertising, joining a promotion, or using a HELLA website or service, you agree to these terms.

If you are submitting information for a business, you are telling us:

• You are allowed to represent that business.

• You are allowed to give us the information and materials you submit.

• The information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. Permission to Use Your Business Information

When you give HELLA your business information or promotional materials, you give us permission to use them to promote your business and HELLA.

This may include your:

• Business name

• Logo

• Photos

• Videos

• Website

• Social media links

• Business description

• Products or services

• Testimonials you provide

• Other promotional materials you submit

We may use these materials in:

• Co-op EDDM mailers

• Print advertisements

• Local publications

• Online directories

• Websites

• Social media

• Email newsletters

• Digital advertising

• Sponsored content

• Billboards

• Future HELLA publications or promotional projects

We may resize, crop, edit, shorten, format, or adjust your materials so they work better in a particular design or advertising space.

We will not intentionally change your business information in a way that is misleading.

3. Make Sure You Own What You Send Us

Please only send us things you are allowed to use.

For example, don't send us someone else's:

• Logo

• Photos

• Videos

• Artwork

• Trademarked materials

Unless you have permission to use them.

If someone makes a legal claim because of something you gave us, you agree to take responsibility for that claim if the problem was caused by your lack of permission or rights to use the material.

4. We Cannot Promise Results

We will work to provide the advertising, promotion, publication, or listing you purchased or agreed to.

But we cannot promise:

• A certain number of customers

• Sales

• Leads

• Website traffic

• Social media followers

• Search rankings

• Revenue

• Any other specific business result

Advertising works differently for every business.

Paying for a HELLA service means you are paying for the agreed advertising, promotion, placement, or service — not guaranteed results.

5. Mistakes Can Happen

We do our best to make sure information is correct.

However, you are responsible for reviewing and approving your business information when approval is requested.

HELLA is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by you.

If we make a mistake, we will make a reasonable effort to correct it when possible.

6. Print and Mail Cannot Always Be Changed

Once a mailer, advertisement, publication, billboard, or other promotional material has been printed, posted, mailed, published, or distributed, it may not be possible to change, remove, or recall it.

For example, once an EDDM mailer has been printed and sent, we cannot go collect every copy back.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms for a specific service, advertisement, or promotion may be provided separately.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payments may be non-refundable once work has started, advertising space has been reserved, or materials have been printed, published, scheduled, or distributed.

If HELLA cancels a service before it is delivered, we will work with you to provide a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling, credit, replacement advertising, or a refund when appropriate.

8. Online Listings and Removing Your Information

You may ask us to update or remove your business listing or contact information from our active online platforms.

We will make a reasonable effort to process your request.

However, we cannot always remove information that has already been:

• Printed

• Mailed

• Published

• Shared

• Distributed

• Archived by third parties

• Cached by search engines

9. Privacy

We may collect information such as:

• Your name

• Business name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Business address

• Website

• Social media information

• Information you submit through forms

Some business information may be public if you submit it for a directory, advertisement, publication, or promotional campaign.

We use private contact information to communicate with you, manage your account or participation, provide services, and operate HELLA.

We do not intentionally sell your private personal information as a list to random third parties.

We may share information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate our business, such as website providers, payment processors, printers, mailing services, email providers, or other companies helping us deliver our services.

10. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Some businesses may pay HELLA for:

• Advertising

• Sponsored content

• Featured listings

• Promotional placement

• Social media promotion

• Print placement

• Other marketing services

When appropriate, we may label content as:

• Advertisement

• Sponsored

• Paid Placement

• Partner Content

• Promotional Feature

Paying HELLA for advertising does not automatically mean we personally endorse every business, product, or service.

11. Affiliate Links

Sometimes HELLA may use affiliate links.

This means we may earn money if you click a link and later make a purchase or complete a qualifying action.

When appropriate, we will clearly disclose affiliate relationships.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, affiliate relationships generally do not increase the price you pay.

12. Third-Party Businesses and Links

HELLA may feature, link to, advertise, or promote other businesses.

We do not control every third-party business, website, product, or service.

If you buy something from another business, your purchase is between you and that business.

HELLA is not responsible for:

• Their products

• Their services

• Their prices

• Their customer service

• Shipping

• Refunds

• Business practices

13. Our Liability Is Limited

We work hard to do a good job.

However, to the fullest extent allowed by law, HELLA is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or other damages connected to our services.

If HELLA is found legally responsible for a claim related to a paid service, our maximum responsibility will generally not exceed the amount you paid HELLA for the specific service that caused the issue.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be removed under applicable law.

14. If You Cause a Legal Problem

If someone makes a legal claim against HELLA because you gave us materials that you did not have permission to use, or because you provided false or misleading information, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses or costs HELLA faces because of that problem.

15. We Can Update These Terms

HELLA may update these terms as our business grows or our services change.

The newest version will be posted with an updated date.

16. California Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

If a part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will still apply.

17. The Simple Version

Basically:

If you give us your business information, make sure it is accurate and that you have permission to use it.

If you hire HELLA Good Press, we will provide the agreed service, but we cannot guarantee customers, sales, or results.

Once something is printed, mailed, published, posted, or distributed, it may not be possible to take it back.

Some content may be paid advertising, sponsored content, or contain affiliate links, and HELLA Good Press may earn money from those relationships.

We collect information needed to operate our business and provide our services, and some business information may be made public when you ask us to promote or list your business.
